1. Subscription Plans
Our services may be offered on monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription plans depending on the agreement with the school, organization, or user.
2. Cancellation Request
Subscription cancellation must be requested by the registered user, school, or organization through email or official communication. Cancellation will be processed only after confirmation from the EVOZ support team.
3. Cancellation Timing
If a subscription is canceled before the end of the billing period, the service will continue until the current subscription period expires. No immediate termination will be done unless agreed by both parties.
4. Refund Policy
Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable. EVOZ does not provide refunds for partial usage, unused period, or early cancellation unless specifically mentioned in a written agreement.
5. Pilot / Trial Period
If the service is provided under a pilot or trial program, cancellation can be done at any time during the trial period without any charges unless installation or hardware cost is involved.
6. Service Suspension
EVOZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in case of misuse, violation of terms, non-payment, or unauthorized access.
7. Changes to Subscription Plans
EVOZ may update subscription plans, pricing, or features from time to time. Any changes will be informed before renewal of the subscription.
